Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To begin, email our customer service team at info@lauraboutiquelondon.com with your order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email or invoice. Once your request is approved, we'll reply with the return address and full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Items returned without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may have their return declined.
For bundles, all products in the bundle generally need to be returned together; individual items from a bundle can't be returned on their own.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping and any applicable customs costs.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can put it right.
Please note that any delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control and are not a valid reason for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at info@lauraboutiquelondon.com so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once it's approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned package, we'll inspect it within 2–4 business days and issue your refund within that window. After the refund is processed, the funds should appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Keep in mind that banks and card companies can take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, please contact us at info@lauraboutiquelondon.com.
